No surprises, but a transparent and fixed rate

It is important to us that you know where you stand. Clarity is paramount. Below are the options with associated costs based on a full purchase. Throughout the buying process, you will be guided by us and receive honest advice about each home.

  • 3250 euros (incl. VAT) for homes with an asking price up to 250,000
  • 4000 euros (incl. VAT) for homes with an asking price up to 400,000
  • 4500 euros (incl. VAT) for homes with an asking price up to 600,000
  • 5500 euros (incl. VAT) for homes with an asking price of up to 800,000
  • 6500 euros (incl. VAT) for homes with an asking price of 800,000 or more

All rates include a 500 euro start-up fee.
